Paragraph 27 I1

For paragraph 19 substitute—

“19

Charges imposed in respect of any premises by a licensing scheme (including penalty charges imposed in respect of any premises) shall be paid—

(a)

by the occupier of the premises; or

(b)

in prescribed circumstances, by such person as is prescribed.”
