Paragraph 7 I1

For paragraph 13 substitute—

“13

Charges imposed in respect of any motor vehicle by a charging scheme (including penalty charges imposed in respect of any motor vehicle) shall be paid—

(a)

by the registered keeper of the motor vehicle; or

(b)

in prescribed circumstances, by such person as is prescribed.”
