In subsections (2) and (5), for “Director of Passenger Rail Franchising” substitute “ Strategic Rail Authority ”.

In subsection (6)—

(a)

for “Franchising Director” (in both places) substitute “ Authority ”, and

(b)

for “Director” substitute “ Authority ”.
