In section 2(5) of the M1Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (obligation to hold operator’s licence: penalty for offence), for “level 4” substitute “ level 5 ”.

Subsection (1) does not apply to any offence committed before this section comes into force.
