Article 17 Statement of common groundI1

Where practicable, the applicant and any other party who wishes to participate in the inquiry may together prepare an agreed statement of common ground, and where this is done the applicant shall send a copy of such statement to the inspector no later than 4 weeks before the date fixed for the commencement of the inquiry.

The applicant shall afford to any person who so requests a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where practicable and on payment of a reasonable charge, take copies of any statement of common ground prepared under paragraph (1).
