Article 3 Application of RulesI1

England and Wales

(1)

These Rules shall apply in relation to any inquiry which is caused to be held pursuant to section 11—

(a)

by the National Assembly for Wales^f1 for the purposes of an application relating solely to Wales; or

(b)

by the Secretary of State for the purposes of all other applications relating to England and Wales.

(2)

In these Rules, references to the Secretary of State shall mean the National Assembly for Wales where an inquiry is to be held in relation to an application made to that Assembly.
