Article 2 Modification of the London Local Authorities Act 1995

Schedule 1 (which amends provisions of the London Local Authorities Act 1995^f1 in respect of Transport for London) shall have effect.

Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 shall cease to have effect on the coming into force of the repeal of section 4 of the London Local Authorities Act 1995 by Part 1 of Schedule 12 to the Traffic Management Act 2004^f2.
