Section 14 Arrangements for performance by regional Transport Partnership of certain transport functions etc.I1
A Transport Partnership may enter into arrangements with the Scottish Ministers, a council or any other person having statutory functions relating to transport being arrangements under which the Partnership—
(a)
does, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, the council or that other person, such things relating to transport as are specified in the arrangements;
(b)
provides such services for the purposes of, or in connection with, transport as are so specified.
