In rule 10 (orders for costs)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “referred by or on appeal from” substitute “transferred or referred by, or on appeal from,”; and

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (a) for “on appeal from” substitute “transferred by, or on appeal from,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3), omit sub-paragraph (b).
