Rule 6 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008I1

In rule 8 (striking out a party’s case) before paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

Except for paragraph (2), this rule does not apply to an asylum case or an immigration case.”.
