Rule 38 Saving for cases relating to special educational needs or disability discrimination in schools
The amendments made by rules 19 to 27 have no effect in relation to—
(a)
appeals brought under the Education Act 1996f1; or
(b)
claims brought under the Equality Act 2010f2 before 1st September 2014.
