Rule 19 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008
In rule 37(4) (public and private hearings)—
(a)
omit “or” after sub-paragraph (c); and
(b)
after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“; or
(e)a person under the age of eighteen years.”
