Rule 1 Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2011.

(2)

These Rules shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of rules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, on 1st April 2011; and

(b)

for the purposes of rules 6 and 7, on 9th May 2011.
