Article 55
In rule 18 (notice of funding of legal services), in paragraph (a)(i)—
(a)
for “funding is granted by the Legal Services Commission or” substitute “ civil legal services (within the meaning of section 8 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012) are provided under arrangements made for the purposes of Part 1 of that Act or by ”;
(b)
after “a copy of the” insert “ certificate or ”.
