The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 22 (cases in which the notice of appeal is to be sent to the Tribunal)—
(a)
in paragraph (7A) for “Her Majesty’s” substitute “His Majesty’s”;
(b)
in paragraph (9)(b) for “Her Majesty’s” substitute “His Majesty’s”.
