Rule 6 Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Tax Chamber) Rules 2009

The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Tax Chamber) Rules 2009f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 38(1) (setting aside a decision which disposes of proceedings) after “may” insert “, on the application of a party or on its own initiative,”.
