Rule 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Rules may be cited as the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) (Amendment) Rules 2026.

These Rules come into force on 1st May 2026.

(3)

Any amendment made by these Rules has the same extent as the provision amended.
