Article 43 Issue of temporary certificate

If the Tribunal is satisfied that the case is one of exceptional urgency that requires the immediate registration of a temporary notice in the register of local land charges, the Tribunal shall issue a temporary certificate.

A temporary certificate shall last no longer than 4 months.
