Article 41 Interpretation

In this Part—

• “appeal”F1, except in rule 44(2) (application for permission to appeal), means the exercise of a right of appeal under section 13 of the 2007 Act; and

• “review” means the review of a decision by the Upper Tribunal under section 10 of the 2007 Act.
