Paragraph 8 Subsequent notices in relation to the referred actionF1

Where, after a reference notice has been sent or delivered, F2a respondent gives the applicant any further, amended or supplementary notice in relation to the referred action, F3that respondent must without delay send or deliver a copy of that notice to the Upper Tribunal.
