Work Nos. 9 and 50 must not be commenced until a detailed foul water drainage scheme (including means of pollution control) for the Work, or part of the Work, in question has, after consultation with Anglian Water Services Limited (company number 02366656) and the Environment Agency, been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

The foul water drainage scheme must be implemented as approved.
