Works and operations within the Order limits and which fall within the scope of the work assessed by the environmental statement comprising—

(a)

temporary landing places, moorings or other means of accommodating vessels in the construction or maintenance of the authorised development;

(b)

temporary or permanent buoys, beacons, fenders and other navigational warning or ship impact protection works;

(c)

temporary works for the protection of land or structures affected by the authorised development;

(d)

cable route preparation works including grapnel runs and pre-lay jetting; and

(e)

the removal, reconstruction or alteration of the position of subsea cables.
