(1)
The total number of cables comprising Work No. 1 must not exceed 6.
(2)
The total length of the cables comprising Work No. 1 must not exceed 396 kilometres.
(3)
The total amount of cable protection for the cables comprising Work No. 1 must not exceed 367,200 square metres and 320,760 cubic metres.
(4)
The finished height of any cable protection must not exceed 10% of the navigable water depth existing before works commence unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance with the MMO and the MCA.
