Section 13 Commencement, extent and short title.

The preceding provisions of this Act shall come into force on such day as the Lord Chancellor may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
(2)
This Act extends to England and Wales only.
(3)
This Act may be cited as the Trustee Delegation Act 1999.
