(1)
A person must not vaccinate a specified animal against tuberculosis without the written consent of the Scottish Ministers.
(2)
A person must not treat a specified animal for tuberculosis without the written consent of the Scottish Ministers.
(3)
A person must not interfere with or obstruct the application, or the reading, of a relevant test applied under this Order.
