Scotland

(1)

The following Orders are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to Scotland—

(a)

the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989f1;

(b)

the Tuberculosis (Deer) Notice of Intended Slaughter and Compensation Order 1989f2; and

(c)

the Tuberculosis (Deer) (Amendment) Order 1993f3.

In the Animal Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2013f4, omit article 8.
