Article 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 shall come into force on 25^th November 2008 —

(a)

section 9 (biometric registration: penalty);

(b)

for all remaining purposes, section 10 (biometric registration: objection to penalty);

(c)

for all remaining purposes, section 11 (biometric registration: appeal in respect of penalty);

(d)

section 12 (biometric registration: enforcement of penalty); and

(e)

for all remaining purposes, section 13 (biometric registration: code of practice regarding penalty).
