Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 28th February 2001

The following provisions of the 1998 Act shall come into force in relation to England and Wales on 28th February 2001:

• section 6 to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedule 2 specified below;

• in Schedule 2—

• paragraph 1;

• paragraph 2;

• paragraph 3(4) for the purpose of making regulations under that sub-paragraph;

• paragraph 3(5);

• paragraph 5(1) for the purpose of making regulations under that sub-paragraph;

• paragraph 6(1);

• paragraph 7; and

• paragraph 8.
