Article 5 Modifications of the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act

All the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act specified in Part 2 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Actf1 shall have effect in relation to the development corporation and to the development area with the modifications specified in that Part.
