Regulation 20 Repeals, revocations and amendmentsI1

Subject to regulation 21, the 1981 Regulations are revoked.

Section 33 of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 to, the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act 1993^f1 are repealed.

Schedule 2 (consequential amendments) shall have effect.
