Article 2 Appointed day
1st January 2010 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following sections of the Saving Gateway Accounts Act 2009:
(a)
section 4(1);
(b)
section 5(1);
(c)
section 18;
(d)
section 23(1) excluding paragraphs (b) to (e); and
(e)
sections 24 and 25 in so far as those sections apply to an appeal under section 23(1)(a).
