Article 2 Commencement of provisions

(1)

The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2008 shall come into force on 26th January 2009—

(a)

sections 62 to 64;

(b)

section 128;

(c)

section 132; and

(d)

section 138.

(2)

The following provisions of the same Act shall come into force on 6th April 2009—

(a)

section 100;

(b)

section 101 in so far as it relates to Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 2;

(c)

section 130;

(d)

section 139;

(e)

section 148 in so far as it relates to Part 2 of Schedule 11;

(f)

Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 2; and

(g)

Part 2 of Schedule 11.
