Article 5 Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2012 in relation to EnglandI1
United Kingdom
Subject to articles 9 and 10, the following provisions of the Act (so far as they are not yet in force) come into force in relation to England on 1st April 2012—
(a)
section 46;
(b)
section 69; and
(c)
Parts 7 and 10 of Schedule 25 and section 237 so far as relating to those Parts.
