Article 3 Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2015I1

The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 6th April 2015—

(a)

section 62 (child trust funds: transfers) so far as not already in force^f1;

(b)

section 63 (child trust funds: safeguards for children’s interests) so far as not already in force^f2; and

(c)

section 76 (exhibition of films in community premises).
