The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(5)(a) and 42(2) and (3) of, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012f1, makes the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals for these Regulations need not be referred to it.
