Regulation 18 Insertion of Article 2A

After Article 2 (definitions), insert—

“Article 2A

Scope (operations in an enclosed area)

This Regulation does not apply to operations performed in an area—

(a)

which is wholly or mainly enclosed, and

(b)

where no uninvolved person is present.”.
