The Lord Chancellor makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 42(1)(b) of the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007^f1, after consultation with the Senior President of Tribunals and the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with section 42(5) and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with section 42(6).
