Paragraph 1

In this Schedule—

• “transfer” means—

  1. (a)

     a transfer of functions under any provision of this Act to the Authority; or

  2. (b)

     a transfer of property, rights and liabilities under section 3; and

• “transfer scheme” means a transfer scheme under section 3(3).
