for “a public electricity supplier” there is substituted “ an electricity supplier ”;

(b)

for “tariff customer” there is substituted “ customer ”.

for “public electricity supplier” there is substituted “ electricity supplier ”;

(b)

for “tariff customer” there is substituted “ customer ”.
