Regulation 4 Amendment to the 2010 Regulations

After regulation 5 (establishment of the Governing Council) insert—

“Quorum for a meeting of the Governing Council

5A.

A meeting of the Governing Council is not quorate unless four or more members of the Governing Council are present.”
