Regulation 5 Amendment to the 2010 Regulations

In regulation 6 (membership of the Governing Council)—

(a)

for paragraph (1)(b) substitute—

“(b)
the national representatives appointed in accordance with regulation 13; and”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(c) for “person” substitute “persons”;

(c)

omit paragraph (2).
