Paragraph 11

In regulation 33 (nil licences)—

(a)

for paragraph (3) there is substituted—

“(3)
Subject to paragraph (3A), a nil licence must be granted for a period of 12 months beginning with the first day of the month in which the application for the licence is received by the Secretary of State.”;

(b)

in paragraph (3A)(a) for “paragraph (3)(a)” there is substituted “paragraph (3)”; and

(c)

in paragraph (10) subparagraph (a) and the word “and” following it are omitted.
