Regulation 2 Amendments to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999^f1 are amended by inserting, in regulation 38(6)(a), after “a valid passport”—

“or a valid identity card issued under the Identity Cards Act 2006^f2”.
