Article 5 Power to make subsidiary works

Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Council may from time to time erect, construct and maintain all such works, conveniences, appliances and apparatus as they from time to time deem necessary or convenient for the purposes of or in connection with or incidental to the construction, maintenance and use of Work No.1 or the accommodation of vessels thereat.
