Paragraph 14 Annual auditI1

At least once a year every person entitled to supply a veterinary medicinal product on prescription must carry out a detailed audit, and incoming and outgoing veterinary medicinal products shall be reconciled with products currently held in stock, any discrepancies being recorded.

It is an offence to fail to comply with this paragraph.
