In section 44 (provision of information to the licensing authority)f1—
(a)
in subsection (1), omit “or for an animal test certificate (including a certificate to which a person is entitled by virtue of section 37(4) of this Act)”;
(b)
in subsection (2), omit “, or of an animal test certificate,”;
(c)
in subsection (3), omit “or certificate”; and
(d)
in subsection (4)—
(i)
omit “, or of a certificate issued in pursuance of section 37(4) of this Act,”,
(ii)
omit “or certificate”, in each place those words appear,
(iii)
in paragraph (a), for “sections 25 and 37(4)” substitute “section 25”, and
(iv)
in paragraph (b), omit “or issue”.
