(a)

in subsection (1), for “the Health Ministers or the Agriculture Ministers” substitute “the Ministers”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

for “the Health Ministers or the Agriculture Ministers” substitute “the Ministers”, and

(ii)

for “the Ministers making the order” substitute “them”.
