omit subsection (8);
in subsection (9), for “(2) to (8)” substitute “(2) to (7)”;
in subsection (10), as amended by section 31(1)(d) of the Health Act 2006f2, omit “and (8)”; and
in subsection (11)—
omit paragraph (a), and
in paragraph (b), omit “in all other respects,”.
