In section 1 (Ministers responsible for administration of the Act)^f1—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

in paragraph (a), for “the Health Ministers”, in both places those words appear, substitute “the Ministers” and omit “concerned with health in England”, and

(ii)

omit paragraph (b) and the words following that paragraph; and

(b)

omit subsection (2).
