Paragraph 13 Test sitesE1

England, Wales and Scotland

(1)

The Secretary of State may authorise F1a site to act as a test site to carry out contract testing for a holder of a manufacturing authorisation.

(2)

The F2site must have a current certificate of good manufacturing practice.

F3(2A)

The site must be specified in an existing manufacturing authorisation.

(3)

F4Inspection of the site is the same as for a manufacturing authorisation.
